MTT Approach

MTT combines a four-stage approach namely incubation, positioning, recruitment and training into a single service offering, saving both time and money.

Incubation

During this stage, partnerships with several colleges, enables our clients to gain access to a vast talent pool. With our skill assessments carried out among the various departments to assess the overall aspirations and skills, we are in a position to assess the core strength and the talent pool within each of these departments that are available to our client.

Positioning

It is important for a company to position itself appropriately, thereby attracting good talent. Proper brand positioning ensures that the company invites only those who fit the company’s culture and style of working. This saves considerable amount of time as it eliminates the time spent on evaluating irrelevant resumes and also creates the right brand perception in the mind of a potential recruit. This is done through detailed presentations before each department, after identifying their skills during the first stage.

Recruitment

Identifying talents is done through a stringent recruitment process done jointly in partnership with our clients, by incorporating client mandatory standards for requirements along with skill level assessments done by us. This is followed by provisional offer letters given by our Clients to the candidates selected in the campus.

Training

After recruitment, candidates undergo a co-branded training program during the final year of the college, which will give them a feel of the company’s brand in the initial stages. The training program primarily prepares them for the first job, besides exposing them to the corporate culture of the company by taking them on campus visits (corporate tours).

Regular assessments during the training phase ensures that gaps are filled to enable a smooth transition, making every student as a "ready-to-start" employee.
